Liam began playing the acoustic guitar in 2006, then further developed his performance skills through high school theatre and various bands. He founded Four Destinations Records in 2013 after recording his first EP, Hit the Stage, in his bedroom with Alex Balanko. Since then, Liam has dedicated his days to writing, producing and teaching music, while leading his incredible team of instructors and other artists at the studio.

Alex is a talented songwriter and instrumentalist, and a skilled producer. Since 2013, he has released three albums - This Way Up, Distance and Stories - and is most recently performing as the frontman for North Vancouver-based rock band, Ka Pala. While Alex's primary passion is the acoustic guitar, his proficiency ranges to electric guitar, piano, and electronic music. Alex spends his time inspiring the next generation of musicians through lessons, and producing the original music of some of the most exciting local up-and-coming performers.
Guitar Instructor // Session Guitarist
Coming out of a background in progressive rock, Paul is continuing his studios at Capilano University's renowned Jazz program. His versatility lends itself to many projects, including as an early member of pop-punk group Landmark 20, and as a session guitarist for recording projects. Paul is now developing his own repertoire of original music and acts as one of 4D Records' primary guitar instructors.
VOCAL COACH // PIANO INSTRUCTOR
Hailing from Devon, Jacob holds a Masters Degree in Musical Theatre Composition which he draws on in his many impressive musical endeavours. His original song, "I'm Not a Woman", became the focus of his participation in the upcoming reality TV show ISINA, which saw Jacob take home first place. He is the studio's piano and vocal instructor, and is the director for 4D's in-house vocal group, the Totally Awesome Choir.
Benjamin is a multitalented instrumentalist and composer, with a particular fondness for African drums. He has performed in a variety of musical groups including the Gentlemen Quartet and as a soloist. While currently studying piano in Capilano University's Jazz program, Benjamin also dedicates his time to refining his skills as a sound engineer and producer, focusing on innovation and capturing the genuine sound of a performance. His interests range from R and B to pop to classical tunes.
John Marvin Scott
John Marvin Scott is an Alberta born guitarist, musician, music educator and band leader. He has performed in many ensembles and performing groups based in Red Deer, revolving around many genres. John has his Diploma in Music from Red Deer College where he studied Jazz and Classical Guitar, as well as trumpet. John is committed to offering his experience to aspiring musicians of all genres, with a priority for accurate, high-quality, and highly enjoyable education.
